Equipment appraisal is another in our portfolio of business brokerage and business valuation services. Just because a business is not profitable, it does NOT mean it isn't salable and it is our position that you should know what value estimate to anticipate form the market.
Machinery and equipment appraisals are undertaken for a number of reasons primary among which are lending, ad valorem tax, insurance, estates, and allocation of purchase price. Our experienced Valuation Analyst has years of experience in appraising and valuing machinery and equipment, and is qualified to render opinions on any of the recognized premises of value.
Meet our Valuation Analyst:
Edwin P. Mysogland, AVA, CMEA, SBAEd has been with Sunbelt Indiana for over 19 years. Ed is an Accredited Valuation Analyst (AVA) designated by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser (CMEA) designated by the NEBB Institute, Senior Business Analyst (SBA) designated by the Society of Business Appraisers, Candidate Member of the American Society of Appraisers Machinery & Technical Specialties (MTS) discipline, and Candidate Member of the Institute of Business Appraisers. He is a graduate of Butler University with a degree in Finance with a minor in English.
